Humanitarian Aid Ministry -
Possibly the most difficult area of our work is the Humanitarian Aid; it’s long, heavy, dirty, and at times very tiring. But we thank God anyway,
because in the aid we see God as he moves in many way’s opening door after door, and providing exactly what is needed to get the job done. Clothing manufacturers, shoe shops, hospitals, schools, clinics, churches, and many more places have provided us with the equipment needed in the orphanages, hospitals, schools, prisons, and so on.
We take the words of our Lord Jesus Christ literally when he says in Matthew 25 vs. 35 & 36 – “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in; Naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.” The 40ft containers are filled with the aid and shipped to Belarus and Ukraine. Thank God for the brothers and sisters who provide the finances to support this area of the work.
If you would like to get involved with the aid please contact Donald. We are looking for someone who would be fit enough to take over this part of the work, so if you are interested in driving a van and getting out and about collecting the aid then give Donald a call. . Philippians 4 v. 19 - “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
A special word of thank you to Stephen and Sharon Johnston for sponsoring the Lord's Work in Ukraine and Belarus. They sponsor all the aid containers through their business racking + shelving Limted, and also help in many other ways. Please take the time to visit their website at www.rackingandshelvingltd.co.uk
